2. Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the digital and intellectual nature of our services and the immediate utilization of funds for platform development and customization, all payments and advance service fees are non-refundable once the payment is processed.
3. Commitment to Quality
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a specific consultancy session or digital module, we will work with you to provide alternative credit or additional support within the Nawatech ecosystem.
4. Disputes
Any disputes regarding transactions must be addressed directly with our support team at info@nawatech.org before initiating any third-party financial claims.
