By using the Nawatech platform and services, you agree to these terms. Nawatech is a brand owned and operated by BUTTERBOOK SDN BHD (Company No: 1269691-M), a company registered in Malaysia.
2. Description of Services
Nawatech provides an integrated suite of services, including but not limited to:
- Business Management Consultancy
- Professional Training & Educational Workshops
- Access to Digital Incubation Tools and Software Licensing
3. Development Phase
Users acknowledge that the platform is in a continuous state of development. Funds collected are utilized to enhance the technical infrastructure, expand the service catalog, and support the R&D mission of the Nawatech ecosystem.
4. User Obligations
Users agree to provide accurate information for billing and compliance purposes, particularly for international transactions processed via Stripe.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the Laws of Malaysia. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted within the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
